Ireland’s 2026 Six Nations: Squad, fixtures, referees, TV channels, kick-off times and more
Ireland captain Caelan Doris and an inset of head coach Andy Farrell.
Everything you need to know ahead of Ireland’s 2026 Six Nations campaign as Andy Farrell returns to the competition after last year’s hiatus.
In the head coach’s absence, Ireland finished third overall behind France and England in the tournament, a ranking that the team will be eager to improve on.
However, Ireland’s hopes of doing just that aren’t aided by Andrew Porter, Robbie Henshaw, Mack Hansen, Ryan Baird, Paddy McCarthy, Jack Boyle and Tom Ahern all currently being absent due to injury.
Still, they will feel confident with three home fixtures this campaign, but the games at the Aviva Stadium only come after a Thursday night clash against France at the Stade de France in Paris in round one.
Italy then visit Dublin in round two, which is followed by a trip to Twickenham for a meeting against England.
After the fallow week, Farrell’s men will complete the tournament at home with fixtures against Wales and Scotland.
