Scotland’s 2026 Six Nations: Squad, fixtures, referees, TV channels, kick-off times and more
Scotland fly-half Finn Russell and an inset of head coach Gregor Townsend.
Gregor Townsend enters the 2026 Six Nations under pressure as Scotland look to improve on an underwhelming November and a fourth-place finish last season.
The head coach has named an extended squad of 40 players, which is supplemented by a 15-strong A group with a fixture planned against Italy A.
Scotland have two home games and three away fixtures during this year’s Six Nations, with their campaign kicking off with a trip to Rome to tackle Italy.
The Calcutta Cup will be on the line in round two with a clash against England at Murrayfield, followed by a short flight to Cardiff, with a meeting with Wales scheduled for round three.
After the fallow week, the Scots will host defending champions France before completing their Six Nations at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin against Ireland.
Scotland’s clash with Wales will be shown on S4C, while the BBC and ITV will be broadcasting certain fixtures – detailed below.
