Wales’ 2026 Six Nations: Squad, fixtures, referees, TV channels, kick-off times and more
Wales captain Dewi Lake and an inset head coach Steve Tandy.
Everything you need to know ahead of Wales’ first Six Nations campaign under Steve Tandy.
The 46-year-old will be tasked with turning the tide for Wales in 2026 after the proud rugby nation collected the Wooden Spoon in the two most recent editions of Rugby’s Greatest Championship.
For the tournament, the head coach has included two uncapped players in his squad in the form of Gabriel Hamer-Webb and Louie Hennessey, with hooker Dewi Lake named as captain.
Wales‘ chances of avoiding a hat-trick of Wooden Spoon finishes are bolstered by the fact that they will host three of their five Six Nations matches this year.
However, their campaign begins with a trip to Allianz Stadium, Twickenham to tackle England before a round two fixture against France back at the Principality Stadium.
Scotland then visit Cardiff in round three, and after the fallow week, Tandy’s men are off to Dublin to face Ireland at the Aviva Stadium.
Finally, Wales complete their Six Nations at home versus Italy. The matches will be available on ITV and the BBC with a detailed broadcasting list below.
