2026 Six Nations: Comprehensive TV broadcast guide, how to watch the action anywhere in the world

Don’t miss a moment of the 2026 men’s Six Nations as Rugby’s Greatest Championship takes centre stage this February and March.
Last year’s champions, France, begin their title defence on Thursday, 5 February as Fabien Galthie’s charges host Ireland at the Stade de France in Paris.
The tournament opener is scheduled in midweek in order to avoid a clash with the Winter Olympics opening ceremony.
The action resumes on Saturday with Italy hosting Scotland in Rome before England and Wales collide at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham.
Participating nations
Once again, several games will be available on free-to-air channels in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France.
ITV and the BBC will once again share coverage of the Six Nations, with the specifics detailed below. The same is true across the Channel in France, with France Télévisions and TF1 striking a similar deal for shared coverage. Additionally, a handful of matches will be shown on Premier Sports in the UK.
Virgin Media and RTE Sport will broadcast in Ireland, while S4C have also picked up selected matches during the Six Nations. Over in Italy, all the matches will be shown on Sky Italia.
Rest of Europe
A1 (Bulgaria), Digi (Romania), Nova (Czech Republic and Slovakia), Sport TV (Portugal), Telenet (Belgium), Ziggo Sport (Netherlands), and GO (Malta) will be broadcasting the matches.
As will Viaplay in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland. TV3 provides the opportunity for fans in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to follow the action.
The Georgian Rugby Union has the rights for the tournament in their home country, while fans in Spain can watch the matches on Telefonica.
Lastly, MoreThanSportsTV will broadcast the action in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Luxembourg.

United States, Canada, South America and Asia
Fans in the United States will be able to catch all the action on the NBC-owned Peacock, while the matches will be streamed on DAZN in Canada.
ESPN Sur will be broadcasting the Six Nations across the majority of South American countries, including, but not limited to, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay.
Meanwhile, WOWOW have the rights to broadcast the competition in Japan, with Premier Sports covering a large chunk of the other Asian countries.

Africa, the Middle East and Oceania
Supersport will show all of the matches in South Africa and much of the African continent, including its neighbours Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique, Swaziland and Lesotho, as well as Kenya, Nigeria and several other locations.
In the Middle East and North Africa, the action will be televised predominantly on TOD TV, whose territories include the United Arab Emirates, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt and Bahrain. Fans in Israel can catch the action on Sport 5.
Australian rugby fans can catch all the Six Nations action on Stan Sport, while the Championship will be broadcast on Sky Sports NZ in New Zealand.
Finally, the Pacific Island nations can catch the action on Digicel.
