Everything you need to know ahead of England’s 2026 Six Nations campaign as Steve Borthwick’s men look to go one better than last year’s tournament.

After finishing second overall on the standings in 2025, England will be confident that they can win their first title under Borthwick’s tutelage.

And rightly so, as the team heads into the tournament off the back of 11 straight victories in 2025. England weren’t far off from a title last year as they only lost one of their five matches in the Six Nations; in fact, they even beat eventual champions France. Their sole defeat came at the hands of Ireland in their tournament opener, that also being the side’s only loss last year.

However, England have two home matches in this year’s edition of the Six Nations, including their opening fixture against Wales. A Calcutta Cup clash follows in round two with a trip to Murrayfield.

They then host Ireland at Allianz Stadium in round three before the fallow week. After that, they’re off to Rome with a meeting with Italy in round four before they complete their campaign against France at the Stade de France in Paris.
