Newcastle Red Bulls have confirmed 26 players will depart the club at the end of the current campaign, with their mass squad overhaul continuing ahead of next season.

The North East outfit have already signed 21 fresh faces ahead of next season, with the likes of Hoskins Sotutu, Chris Harris, Raffi Quirke, Rusi Tuima, Benjamin Elizalde and George Turner heading to Kingston Park, but their arrivals have since forced 26 of the current squad out of the door.

The exits also come with the Red Bulls announcing a new-look coaching group for next season, with Dan McFarland taking over as head coach and current interim boss Stephen Jones, Calum MacRae, Micky Ward, Lee Dickson and Mark Laycock serving as assistants.
