The Springboks lead the way in the 2025 World Rugby Dream Team

The 2025 World Rugby Dream Team has been officially unveiled, with the Springboks leading the way with six inclusions.

The British and Irish Lions also see four of their tourists named in the squad, with two English players and one apiece from Ireland and Scotland included.

Elsewhere, the All Blacks and Wallabies are well represented with two picks apiece, while France also has one player in the XV.

This follows the recent World Rugby awards, in which Malcolm Marx was named World Player of the Year for the first time.

Kicking things off, All Blacks flyer Will Jordan gets the nod at full-back, with Cheslin Kolbe and World Player of the Year nominee Louis Bielle-Biarrey named as the two wingers. British and Irish tourist Huw Jones is named at 13, alongside Wallabies centre and recent Exeter Chiefs recruit Len Ikitau, who slots in at 12.

Springboks ace Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu is named at fly-half in this selection, with Cam Roigard coming in at scrum-half.

Wallabies captain Harry Wilson gets the nod at number eight, with Tom Curry and World Rugby Player of the Year nominee Pieter-Steph du Toit named as the two flankers. Lions Player of the Series Tadhg Beirne joins his tour captain and England star Maro Itoje in the locks.
