Yarde dropped for ‘internal disciplinary matter’

Harlequins wing Marland Yarde was withdrawn from the squad that faced Wasps in the Champions Cup on Sunday due to a disciplinary matter.

The club announced the news regarding their wing before the clash at the Ricoh Arena and that the matter would be dealt with internally.

"Charlie Walker starts on the right wing after Marland Yarde was withdrawn from the squad following an internal disciplinary matter. The club will make no further comment on this," read the statement from the Premiership club, who lost their opening pool game to La Rochelle.
