This week we’ve picked out a snippet of action from the PRO12, and a special try from Wales scrum-half Gareth Davies as he follows up a breakthrough season in 2015/2016.

The Munster forwards are trying to catch their breath around the ruck having just conceded a breakdown penalty, before Davies looks up and spots some space.
