VIDEO: Emery red carded after mid-air collision

Sharks and South Africa full-back Willie le Roux was lucky to escape a serious injury after this horror collision in the air with Jason Emery of the Highlanders.

Emery was shown a straight red card after the incident by referee Ben O’Keefe in the 12th minute of Friday’s match in Dunedin.

The Sharks went on to win the contest 15-14 thanks to five penalties from fly-half Garth April.
