Tom James treated for depression

Cardiff Blues have revealed that their Wales international wing, Tom James, is currently being treated for depression.

The Welsh region said via a press statement that James has been closely supported by their medical team and is making good progress.

"His playing colleagues are in regular contact," read the statement.

"The directors and management team are fully behind Tom during this period and look forward to his return at the appropriate time."
