Leicester will be without second row Louis Deacon for their Guinness Premiership semi-final on Sunday.
Deacon, who has missed the last four games, has been ruled out with the same back injury that has plagued him on and off throughout the season.
The 27-year-old, who was recently voted the clubs' 'Players' Player of the Year', will also miss England's two-Test tour to New Zealand in June.
“The lads did really well to come back against Quins on Saturday and I'm gutted that I won't have a chance of playing in the semi-final,” said Deacon.
“I'm massively disappointed to miss what would have been another opportunity with England as well. Hopefully, I won't have to wait too much longer for another chance.”
