Luke Jacobson has been ruled out of the rest of the All Blacks' November internationals due to injury while Peter Lakai will remain with the squad as his replacement.
Chiefs boss Clayton McMillan said he was surprised Luke Jacobson was penalised for making head-on-head contact with the Blues' Finlay Christie on Saturday.
