Simon Easterby steps in to help Ulster
Ulster have announced that Simon Easterby will provide coaching support at the province in the interim period before the arrival of Dan McFarland.
Easterby will commence work with the Ulster coaching staff this week.
Scotland forwards coach McFarland signed a contract to become Ulster head coach but the Scottish Rugby Union said he had to serve out a nine-month notice period, with Ulster still battling to bring him in before January as they look to improve on 2017/18’s disappointing season.
