Peter de Villiers has added 11 Sharks players to his South African squad as they continue to prepare for the arrival of Wales.
The squad, 47 at present, will be reduced to 30 on Wednesday. BJ Botha, Bismark du Plessis, Adi Jacobs, Ryan Kankowski, JP Pietersen, Tendai Mtawarira, Johann Muller, Waylon Murray, Ruan Pienaar, Francois Steyn and Akona Ndungane all joined the squad.
Having lost to the Waratahs in the Super 14 semi-final on Saturday the eleven selected Sharks travelled directly to the Springboks' training camp in Somerset West, Cape Town.
The large contingent of Sharks players in the squad come despite what was probably the Durban-based franchise's worst performance of the season.
Their arrival follows the departure of injured players Heini Adams, Jaque Fourie, Zane Kirchner, Fourie du Preez, Wikus van Heerden and Duanne Vermeulen.
Schalk Burger will travel with the squad to Bloemfontein for the June 7 Test as a spectator.
