Saracens responded to their defeat at the sun-drenched Newlands with a rampant 52-20 victory over Boland on Wednesday.
The English Premiership side scored eight tries in Wellington following a shaky start with centre duo Brad Barritt and Andy Farrell both crossing for a brace while trialist Justin Melck also touched down.
Despite their lesser resources, the hosts displayed plenty of courage in the opening exchanges and went in front on twelve minutes through outside centre Godwin Damon's try.
But from half-an-hour into the friendly, Saracens finally got into their stride with scrum-half Mickey Wilson starting the procession that saw three yellow cards issued by referee François Veldman.
