Another busy day in the rugby union game as South Africa gained revenge for their 2015 defeat to Japan by overcoming the Brave Blossoms 41-7.

South Africa dominated their final World Cup warm-up, defeating Japan 41-7. It was a rematch of the 2015 World Cup pool game where the Brave Blossoms claimed a shock victory, but the Springboks were too good on Friday.
There are several more encounters set to take place ahead of the global tournament, with Ireland v Wales the big game, and we have predicted the outcome of those matches.
Finally, check out this funny video from Harlequins. Many reckon that back-row James Chisholm looks like Burnley football manager Sean Dyche and they finally met at Quins’ training base.
What’s in the news
David Pocock has announced that he will retire from Test rugby following the World Cup in Japan. The great Australian flanker has suffered with a number of injuries over the past few years and has struggled since March with a calf injury.
Meanwhile, Bristol have added a new player to their ranks ahead of the 2019/20 season with former Bath prop Max Lahiff joining on a one-year contract.

An inspirational story from Wales.
This is Shay.
He's nine years old and absolutely adores playing rugby.
Cruel bullies told him he'd never be able to play the sport – so he proved them wrong.
