Rugby Union Today: Saracens at risk of the drop

Another busy day in the rugby union game as rumours continue to circulate that Saracens are facing automatic relegation from the Premiership, plus there’s team news published ahead of the weekend.

Automatic relegation is looming for Saracens after news broke last night they were unlikely to stay within the salary cap this season. However, chief executive Ed Griffiths has since spoken saying discussions are ongoing.

We have team news ahead of the final round of the Champions Cup pool stage, with Saturday and Sunday covered, plus there’s also the team lists for the Challenge Cup as its group stage also draws to a close this week.
