Another busy day in the rugby union game as we bring you part two of our 2019 quiz plus there’s weekend team news ahead of the Premiership and PRO14 matches, including Exeter v Saracens.

What’s on the site

Yes, it’s part two of our quiz as we pose 20 questions on the second half of 2019 that must be answered inside five minutes.

The teams have been released ahead of Saturday and Sunday’s Premiership action and also the PRO14 games on Saturday.

There’s changes at Scotland and Australia as Matt Taylor switches to the latter while the former appoint Pieter de Villiers and Steve Tandy, who will begin work under head coach Gregor Townsend from 2020.

What’s in the news

Premiership side Harlequins have announced the signing of Tom Penny for the rest of this campaign, joining from Newcastle.

Elsewhere, after a 44-0 hammering at the hands of the Scarlets, Ospreys flanker Justin Tipuric admits to feeling embarrassed.

The domestic action continues this weekend and BT Sport will be showing the Premiership games, including Bristol Bears v Wasps, Northampton v Gloucester, Harlequins v Leicester Tigers and Exeter Chiefs v Saracens.

Elsewhere, it’s all about the derbies in the PRO14 on Premier Sports which started with the Welsh games on Boxing Day. Ulster v Connacht follows on Friday before Edinburgh face Glasgow Warriors and Munster take on Leinster in the big matches on Saturday.
