Another busy day in rugby union as Sam Larner returns to Planet Rugby to analyse Harlequins’ try while we also publish our seven players to watch in 2020 as well as the breaking news in the game.

Reds flank Fraser McReight and Northampton centre Rory Hutchinson are amongst our seven players to watch in 2020.

The Premiership and PRO14 continues this weekend as the competitions reach rounds eight and 10 respectively. In England it all kicks off on BT Sport on Friday with Sale v Harlequins with other games also televised.

Premier Sport has the PRO14 action and that also begins this Friday with Ulster v Munster and Cardiff Blues v Scarlets.
