New Zealand Rugby have announced that the highly anticipated Super Rugby Aotearoa match between the Blues and Crusaders at Eden Park has been cancelled due to the New Zealand Government implementing lockdown levels that prohibit events taking place in Auckland for the next 12 days due to Covid-19.

Meanwhile, USA Rugby have revealed that they are exploring the possibility of launching a bid to host the 2027 Rugby World Cup.
