The new list has four different names from the line-up selected for the first match at Estadio Gigante de Arroyito, which the Pumas won 21-15.
Wingers Horacio Agulla and Lucas Borges, centre Federico Martin Aramburu and flanker Alvaro Galindo have been released by their respective clubs and will be available to play against the Scots.
Meanwhile, Alejandro Campos, Genaro Fessia and Francisco Merello have been left out. Fessia and Merello have joined the Argentina A team at the Churchill Cup for matches against Canada and the United States.
Northampton Saints second rower Ignacio Fernandez Lobbe will play his last international match before hanging up his Pumas shirt.
“This is a decision I've thought a lot about. My last cap will be next Saturday,” he said.
“Even though I will play two more years at Northampton, I think it's a good time to leave the place available for other people.”
