O'Driscoll partners Gordon D'Arcy at centre while a back-three of Shane Horgan, Fergus McFadden and Isa Nacewa is unchanged from last weekend's game. However, number eight Heaslip faces a late fitness test following the warm-up.
Cian Healy starts alongside Richardt Strauss and Mike Ross, with Leo Cullen skippering. Sean O'Brien and Shane Jennings are named.
Meanwhile, Clermont have made two changes to their line-up as they look to seal back-to-back wins against their Irish opponents. Out of last week's side goes Loic Jacquet and Martin Scelzo with Julen Pierre and Davit Zirakashvili brought in.
