Harlequins return to the Stoop to face Gloucester on Saturday in Round Three of Aviva Premiership 2011/12.
The Quins' starting XV shows a few changes in personnel from that which beat Northampton.
Mike Brown and Ugo Monye are joined in the back three by Sam Smith, who comes in for Ross Chisholm who will be out for a number of weeks with an ankle injury.
The midfield remains the same, with Jordan Turner-Hall and George Lowe operating outside Nick Evans and Karl Dickson who are once again pulling the strings at halfback.
The suspension of Joe Marler brings Mark Lambert into the starting line-up, alongside Joe Gray and Tim Fairbrother in the front row.
Olly Kohn and George Robson continue in the second row. The back row of captain Chris Robshaw, Chris York and last week's man of the match, Luke Wallace, remains unchanged.
Meanwhile, Australian hooker Nathan Charles will make his first Gloucester start as coach Bryan Redpath makes several changes to his starting line-up.
Charles has made two replacement appearances since joining Gloucester on a short term loan from the Western Force, but gets the nod to start alongside Nick Wood and Rupert Harden who comes in for Dario Chistolini at tighthead.
With Will James serving a one-match suspension, Tom Savage retains his place in the second row with Alex Brown returning having missed out at home to Worcester last weekend.
Brett Deacon will make his first start of the season at number eight and Matt Cox moves to the openside flank with Andy Hazell missing out due to a thumb injury.
In the backs, Henry Trinder will start at outside centre in place of Jonny May who is named amongst the replacements while Freddie Burns is preferred to Tim Taylor at fly-half.
Form: Harlequins have won five of their last six matches in all competitions, whilst Quins only defeat in their last four encounters in Aviva Premiership Rugby was 13-16 to Saracens at the Twickenham Stoop on 7 May. Harlequins have begun the season with a pair of victories but have not won the opening three matches of a new Premiership season since 2003/04. Gloucester kick started their 2011/12 Premiership campaign with their 29-8 victory over Worcester at Kingsholm on Saturday. Gloucester are winless away from home since they beat Northampton at Franklin's Gardens on 26 February. Each side won its respective home match when the two teams met last season, whilst Gloucester have not won at the Stoop in the Premiership since 9 September 2006.
