Phil Davies' region are currently placed fourth in the table, two places ahead of their hosts following their most recent defeat to Welsh rivals Cardiff Blues.
The return from injury of inspirational Irish flank Easterby is one of ten changes to the XV that started at Arms Park with Ben Broster and Mahonri Schwalger coming into the front-row.
Following their victory over Edinburgh last weekend Glasgow make just one change to their starting XV, with Daryl Gibson taking over at inside centre.
Despite Gibson's return Dan Parks, man-of-the-match against Edinburgh, retains the captains armband.

“It's amazing the difference a win like that can make because despite being this far through the season, we're all full of energy and the whole team is really fired up for tomorrow's game.”
