British and Irish Lions flanker Sean O'Brien has been cleared to play in the third Test against the All Blacks next weekend following a judicial hearing in Wellington on Sunday.

O'Brien was cited for dangerous play for a swinging arm to the head area of All Blacks winger Waisake Naholo during the Lions' 24-21 victory.

But he has been cleared of any wrongdoing and is now available for selection for the all-important third Test with the series squared at 1-1.

O'Brien has been an integral part of the Lions' power game throughout the series and coach Warren Gatland will be very relieved to have his star flanker available.

Meanwhile, Sonny Bill Williams has been suspended for four weeks for his shoulder charge to the face of Anthony Watson in the 25th minute of the match for which he was red-carded.
