WATCH: Sam Cane and Siya Kolisi hilariously decide ‘home’ dressing room for Twickenham clash
Sam Cane and Siya Kolisi play rock, paper scissors.
All Blacks captain Sam Cane and Springboks counterpart Siya Kolisi went to rock, paper, scissors to settle a key decision ahead of the sides’ next clash.
Kolisi, who wasn’t playing in the Rugby Championship match in Auckland, was in attendance at Mount Smart Stadium and met up with Cane before kick-off.
The pair were joined by referee Angus Gardner as they had to settle who would have the home changing room for their fixture at Twickenham on August 25.
Rock, paper, scissors
Cane and Kolisi did battle at rock, paper, scissors in a light hearted moment before Saturday’s entertaining contest to decide who would first toss the coin.
The Springboks skipper would win that battle – much to the amusement of the pair – before Cane called heads and ultimately won the crucial final decision.
Cane understandably opted for New Zealand to change in the home dressing room at Twickenham, which means the Springboks are the nominal visitors.
Ever thought you'd see Sam Cane and Siya Kolisi going at it in a game of rock, paper scissors? 😂

The respect and friendship between these two captains was visible to see in this unusual decision-making process and fans certainly enjoyed the moment.
South Africa will head into that meeting in London hunting revenge against the All Blacks after going down to a 35-20 defeat in Auckland over the weekend.
That leaves the All Blacks sitting pretty atop the Rugby Championship table on nine points, with the Springboks in second spot on five with one game to play.
One round remaining
Following their narrow 34-31 victory over the Wallabies, Argentina are in third position on four points while Australia are in bottom spot on just one point.
The tournament will conclude on July 29 when Australia play host to New Zealand in Melbourne before South Africa face Argentina in Johannesburg.
