Gabriel Ibitoye was at the heart of the action in a sensational Bristol Bears try.

In-form Bristol Bears winger Gabriel Ibitoye was right at the heart of a sensation full-length try, which should be an early contender for Premiership Try of the Season.

The outside back was omitted from the England squad for the upcoming Autumn Nations Series, however, his fantastic linebreak created potentially the best try of the campaign to date.

Bristol Bears go coast-to-coast

Bristol’s attacking intent has quickly become a staple of their game, and it was certainly on full display in this early second-half try against Saracens.

Ibitoye was handed the ball just inside his 22-metre area, but that proved no issue for the winger as he ghosted through the defence at lightning speed to get up to the halfway line.

He wasn’t done there, either, as he threw a delicious out-the-back offload to connect with the supporting Joe Jenkins. After a deliberate knock-on from Alex Goode, the ball then found its way to Gabriel Oghre, who took it to ground.

From the resulting ruck, England ace Harry Randall floated out a lovely 20-metre pass out to Joe Batley, who then offloaded inside to Fitz Harding to send the number eight over the line for his hat-trick.

This wouldn’t be the only sensational score in this half either, as USA international Toby Fricker added his name to the scoresheet in similar fashion just four minutes later.
