Visagie picked up the injury against the Sharks in Durban two weeks ago. He sustained ligament damage and has been ruled out for the rest of the year.

The long term injury list has three new faces from last week. Visagie (ankle, three/four months), Jannes Kirsten (ankle, three months) and Roelof Smit (wrist, four months) have joined the regulars in Irne Herbst (knee), Piet van Zyl (knee), Hanru Liebenberg (small bowel rupture, twelve weeks), Callie Visagie (foot, three months), Morné Mellett (neck, four months), Dennis Visser (ankle, three weeks), Nic de Jager (ankle, two months) and Entienne Swanepoel (back, two weeks).

The Vodacom Blue Bulls team to face the Pumas on Friday will be announced on Wednesday.
