England have finished second in the last three editions of the Six Nations but have the chance to end that run on Saturday.

It could all come down to points difference on the final weekend, with England, Ireland and Wales all on six points at the moment.

If all three win on Saturday, the title will come down to points difference, with England leading the way on 37, four ahead of Ireland and 25 ahead of Wales.

With the World Cup coming up later in the year, it will be a huge game for Stuart Lancaster's side, and winger Jack Nowell knows that England may well be chasing a target.

And while they will have their fate in their own hands, by virtue of playing last, Nowell insists that England can't afford to start forcing the game too early.
