For The Love Of Rugby – Results

First of all, it was a big weekend for fantasy struggler Youngs, who actually rose up the rankings to 42,334 place thanks to a 240-point round. His insistence on sticking with the great Dupont has finally paid off, achieving a remarkable 77 points as captain. His French duo of Thomas Ramos and Bielle-Biarrey added to the mix, giving him an extra 81.5 points. He did, however, fail to notice that his entire front-row and his fly-half weren’t playing – so, swings and roundabouts.

Watson will also be pleased with his weekend results after choosing top scorer Lebel and Bielle-Biarrey on the wings. The former England winger steps up to 367 in the rankings after his 228 round.

The star of the round was the great Cole, who actually surpassed us at Planet Rugby, with an almighty 270-point round. Captaining Bielle-Biarrey was a stroke of genius, while the French half-back combination of Dupont and Matthieu Jalibert was a masterstroke. The former England prop has made his way up to 186 in the rankings after this impressive performance.

At Planet Rugby, we had a solid performance of our own, rising to 190 in the rankings, thanks to our inclusion of Ramos as kicker and Bielle-Biarrey on the wing, giving us a total score of 259.

For The Love of Rugby fantasy scores:
