World Rugby has cited three players due to disciplinary action after the first round of the U20 World Championship in England.

Australian outside centre Campbell Magnay, Welsh lock Adam Beard and Georgian utility-back Gurami Kandaurishvili have all been cited and either have attended or will attend disciplinary hearings.

Magnay received a two-match suspension after he was sent off following two yellow cards for lifting a player from the ground and then a dangerous tackle during Australia's match against Scotland on June 7. Magnay questioned the first yellow card but it was upheld by the Judicial Officer. Magnay is suspended for the next two U20 Championship matches and is cleared to play from June 16 onwards.

Beard was cited for allegedly eye-gouging Irish player Kelvin Brown during their game against Ireland, while Kandaurishvili was cited for allegedly biting New Zealander Mitchell Jacobson. Both players are still awaiting their hearings.
