Springboks and All Blacks to face France during upcoming November Tests

France's Antoine Dupont challenges for the ball with Springboks' captain Siya Kolisi during the Rugby World Cup quarterfinal match between France and South Africa at the Stade de France.
France are set to host Rugby World Cup winners South Africa and finalists New Zealand during the 2024 and 2025 November Test windows, according to reports.
Les Bleus faced both of the Southern Hemisphere giants during their home World Cup, defeating the All Blacks in the opening game before succumbing to a one-point defeat in the quarter-finals to the Springboks.
With attention now turning to the next World Cup cycle, rumours on who France will face next have been reported.
All Blacks in 2024 and Springboks in 2025
Following the 2024 Six Nations, Fabien Galthie’s charges are set to tour Argentina during the July internationals.
According to Americas Rugby Championship, Los Pumas will host France in a two-match Test series and added that there is a space in Les Bleus’ schedule to potentially face Uruguay on their tour to South America.
France and Argentina will face off for a third time in 2024, according to a report by Midi Olympique, which states that Galthie’s charges will take on Japan, New Zealand, and Los Pumas in November.
France has not toured Argentina since 2016 and have faced Los Pumas on just one occasion since Galthie took over as head coach, with Les Bleus securing a 29-20 win in 2021.
It would also be the third time France has played the All Blacks under Galthie, who currently boasts a 100 per cent win rate against New Zealand.
Midi Olympique reports that France will kick off their 2025 November internationals with a game against the defending double world champions, South Africa, who knocked Les Bleus out of their home World Cup.
After the grudge match against the Boks, Galthie’s side would host Fiji and Australia to round out their Test year.
Traditionally, France have played most of their Test matches at the Stade de France but have recently taken their November internationals to other arenas around the country. The report does not confirm which stadiums will host the fixtures, but the Stade de France is likely to host both the Springboks and All Blacks.
The 2025 November Test window is set to be the last of its kind before World Rugby’s planned global restructuring comes into effect, replacing the traditional July and November internationals.
