In 10 editions of the Rugby World Cup, 19 players have scored a try in a World Cup final. We challenge you to name them all.

To help you along the way, we provide you with a few hints so if you fancy your chances of getting all the players without our help, skip straight to the quiz. If you not, here are some leg-ups.

Throughout the years, players from Australia, England, France, New Zealand and South Africa have scored a try in a men’s final.

While eight of the ten finals have seen at least one try being scored, there have been two rare instances of try-less finals, both of which featured South Africa.

The first Rugby World Cup final in 1987 saw both sides cross the whitewash, with the victors doing so on three occasions.

Several players have featured in more than one final over the years. However, just one has scored two tries in the showpiece event.

With only one northern hemisphere team lifting the William Webb Ellis Cup, it comes as no surprise that more southern hemisphere players have scored in the final, in fact only three players from the north have scored compared to 15 in the south.

In the most recent World Cup final just one player scored a try and they were on the losing side of the result.
