The British and Irish Lions overcame the NSW Waratahs 21-10 in their third match on tour in Australia, but it was another error-strewn effort.

Andy Farrell’s troops have now beaten the Western Force, Queensland Reds and Waratahs thus far on tour as they build to the series with the Wallabies.
However, it was far from a polished outing from the Lions and the Waratahs can be proud of their showing as they kept in touch throughout the contest.
Mistakes were again all too frequent from Farrell’s men and they will need to drastically improve before the Tests if they are to pick up a series victory.
