Grenoble have announced that second-row Hendrik Roodt has signed a contract extension that will keep him at the Top 14 club until June 2019.
The 28-year-old, who joined the French side as a medical joker during the 2013/14 season, is the fourth player to ink a three-year deal, joining Denis Coulson, Rory Grice and Xavier Mignot in putting pen to paper.
"I'm really happy and proud to extend my contract with FCG," he told the club website.
"This is a wonderful show of confidence from the club and I will give everything I can in return. Grenoble is my family.
"I have not only signed in Grenoble because it's a great club with real ambitions, but for all that this city gives outside rugby. This city is great and I hope to expand my family here in Grenoble. I'm really happy here."
He added: "I try every game to give the best of myself, to be a leader by example, and pay the fans back for encouraging us in the incredible way they do every game."
