Manie Libbok of the Stormers runs onto the field.

Toulon have defeated the Stormers 24-14 in the Investec Champions Cup, their first victory outside of the European continent.

Gabin Villiere, Facundo Isa and Baptiste Serin all crossed for tries for the visitors with the latter converting all three scores and adding a penalty.

The Stormers will rue their inaccuracies as tries from Warrick Gelant and Joseph Dweba, both converted by Manie Libbok, gave them a 14-10 half-time lead that they were unable to capitalise on.

A late red card to Yannick Youyoutte gave the hosts a route back into the game after his horror tackle on Libbok but the Stormers quickly wasted that chance with Leolin Zas yellow-carded moments later.
