Latu leads powerful Tonga

Veteran flanker Nili Latu will lead Tonga in their opening World Cup fixture against Georgia at Kingsholm on Saturday.

The experienced openside will line up alongside Viliami Ma'afu and Sione Kalamafoni in a powerful back row, while Steve Mafi and Lua Lokotui combine in the second row in the Pool C clash

In-form scrum-half Tane Takulua links up with Kurt Morath in the half-backs, and Fetu'u Vainikolo and Telusa Veainu provide some firepower out wide for the Ikale Tahi.

Up front, Tevita Mailau, Elvis Taione and Halani Aulika will have the tough job of fronting up against the Georgian pack and their powerful scrum.
