Ireland dealt late blow as star back ruled out for Six Nations title decider against Scotland
Ireland full-back Hugo Keenan.
Andy Farrell has been forced into making a late change to his starting XV for the Six Nations decider against Scotland at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday.
Full-back Hugo Keenan has been forced to withdraw from the match due to a hip injury and has been replaced in the team by Jordan Larmour.
Hugo Keenan replaced by Jordan Larmour
Larmour earns his second cap of this year’s Six Nations after coming off the bench in the 36-0 victory over Italy.
It’s the second match Keenan will miss for Ireland through injury.
While Ciaran Frawley replaced Keenan in the starting XV against Wales when Keenan was unavailable, Farrell has opted to hand Larmour an opportunity instead.
Ireland need just two match points from the clash with Scotland to seal back-to-back titles.
