Glasgow are also missing Scott Cummings, Jack Dempsey, Sione Tuipulotu, Huw Jones and Henco Venter.
Leinster, who are favourites to secure their first tournament title since 2018, are starting with Irish internationals Dan Sheehan, Andrew Porter and Caelan Doris on the bench but should still have enough to progress to the semi-finals.
Semi-final dates
The semi-finals will take place over the weekend of May 2, 3 and 4. EPCR have announced that there are four potential venues to host this season’s semi-finals. They are: Bordeaux’s Matmut Atlantique, Lyon’s Matmut Stadium de Gerland, Dublin’s Aviva Stadium and Milton Keynes’ Stadium MK.
The venue will depend on which team gets home advantage based on the highest rankings from the pool stage of the tournament.
