Homer moving on from Irish

London Irish have confirmed that Tom Homer will be leaving the club when his contract expires at the end of this season.

Homer has been heavily linked with a move to Bath, a familiar path for players and coaches from the Exiles in recent seasons.

Homer joined London Irish in July 2008 and came through the club’s Academy system. He has since made 110 appearances scoring 780 points including 14 tries.

“We did everything in our power to persuade Tom to stay at the Club, however, he feels that his future is elsewhere,” said Bob Casey, Operations Director for London Irish.

“We would like to thank him for his contribution to London Irish and wish him all the best for the future.”
