Despite Connacht's shocking 22-21 loss to basement dwelling Treviso in the PRO12, head coach Pat Lam has turned his attention to the top of the table clash with Glasgow next week.
An injury time penalty conversion from Jayden Hayward helped the Italy club secure a rare one-point victory over the in form Irish province.
The former New Zealand back-rower did not expect the outcome to be in the favour of the hosts on Friday, this was certainly not what they expected from a very spirited Treviso side.
The visitors will be regretting not making the most of their opportunities, after going ahead 14-0 in the first quarter of the match.
"The whole dressing room is pretty gutted, because it's a game that we probably blew. We know we did, from the outcome.", Lam told Newstalk.
"We're all determined now to get back, recover out of this game, get the whole squad and have a really good week into what is a massive game."
"We have a lot of pride in what we do. That's why we are bitterly disappointed. There's some really good rugby, but there are bits that we are not to happy about. We will have to learn from that."
An upbeat Lam added, that even though they didnt' take their chances against a determined Treviso side, he is happy that there is another opportunity for them to end the season off on a high note.
"It that was our last game of the season, it would be a killer. Now, we have ticked off the box of a semi-final. The home semi-final is not lost if we win next week."
