Habana faces spell on sidelines

Toulon have been dealt a blow with the news that Bryan Habana will be out for a month to recover from a meniscus operation.

The Springbok winger will go under the knife this week to treat the problem and is expected to be out for between three to four weeks according to Var Matin.

That should still see him back in plenty of time for Toulon's European Champions Cup quarter-final against Wasps, a fixture which is on a knife's edge among favourable sports betting markets, at the start of April.

Habana has enjoyed an excellent season so far, running in four tries in six games in the Top 14.
