Wales international George North is set to join the Ospreys when his deal with Northampton Saints expires, according to WalesOnline.
After it was announced the Welsh Rugby Union had signed the wing on a national dual contract in November 2017, months of speculation has followed over which region he would play for.
The Scarlets, North’s former side, decided to end their interest earlier this month, leaving the other three to battle for his services.
With the Swansea-based outfit losing Eli Walker to retirement and Ben John ruled out of next season due to concussion, they are looking to bolster their back three options.
And although Cardiff Blues have made a strong case, the 26-year-old appears to have opted for the Ospreys.
