France player ratings: Antoine Dupont a perfect 10 as Charles Ollivon, Jonathan Danty and Thomas Ramos sparkle in destruction of England

France produced a record-breaking performance as they claimed their biggest-ever victory over England at Twickenham, walking away 53-10 winners.

Here are our French player ratings from the famous triumph.

15 Thomas Ramos: The French full-back was in excellent form at Twickenham, opening the scoring in the second minute with a long-range try. The Toulouse man orchestrated a try in the second half with a stunning break. Kicking off the tee, he made no mistake, and out of hand he was educated. It was a complete performance in the English rain. 9

14 Damian Penaud: The electric finisher had a mostly quiet game until he skirted down the right-hand touchline late in the game to rub salt in the wound with a brace in the last 10 minutes. Never ever count the speedster out! 7

13 Gael Fickou: Another outing that underlines the extreme rugby intelligence of the centre. He was wise on defence, strong with ball in hand and even had the presence of mind to influence the breakdown. 7

12 Jonathan Danty: Colossal. The centre ran hard all evening, made his tackles and even secured a breakdown turnover. His ability to punch holes in defensive lines makes Les Bleus a different beast, as they can attack retreating defenders. Immense outing from the Frenchman. 9

11 Ethan Dumortier: Sparkled early on with a break down the left and a try assist for Ramos. Outside of that had little to do as his teammates ran riot in England’s capital. 7

10 Romain Ntamack: The fly-half quietly went about his business, moving his team around the field in tandem with Dupont while Les Bleus turned rampant in London. Had a key hand on a looping ball in Thibaud Flament’s second try. Made his tackles, and was composed as expected. 7

9 Antoine Dupont (c): One of the world’s finest players shone yet again. The scrum-half’s kicking ability from the base is second to none, whether he is ripping a massive 50:22 with his weak foot or dinking the ball over for territory gain or attacking position. Week by week, Dupont redefines the role of a modern scrum-half, he did that again today with as perfect a performance as they come. 10

Dreamy loose trio

8 Gregory Alldritt: He was a powerhouse for France on Saturday, making 93 metres in 15 carries, six tackles, and two turnovers won in key moments. Alldritt has become the benchmark for number eights in the modern game as he continues to churn out blockbuster performances as he did in this historic win. 9

7 Charles Ollivon: The star issued another reminder of his supreme quality as one of, if not the world’s best flankers. He was key in the opening try, scored one with a rampant run and another in a messy ruck situation on England’s line, showcasing his rugby IQ. Outstanding in every sense of the word. 9

6 Francois Cros: An industrious outing from the flank who was everywhere at Twickenham. He made 13 tackles and was handy in broken play. Cros’ skill-set complements his fellow loose forwards tremendously well, and as a result, the French back-row blew their opponents away. 8

5 Paul Willemse: Quiet game for the second-row’s standards as he worked reasonably hard on defence but did not register a single carry. A performance he will be looking to build on. 6

4 Thibaud Flament: An outing the Frenchman will not forget any time soon. The second-row was simply outstanding from the first attack, where his offload was key in the opening try. He would go on to bag two of his own courtesy of a barnstorming run and committed support. Add in nine tackles, a proficient lineout and Flament has delivered a notable outing. 9

3 Dorian Aldegheri: The prop scrummed well, and as soon as he left the field, his influence on the set-piece showed. Made six tackles without missing any in a neat performance. 7

2 Julien Marchand: Quiet to his lofty standards but a useful cog in the Les Bleus machine on a record-breaking night. 6

1 Cyril Baille: Another performance underlining his stature as one of the best front-rows in the world. Made 10 carries, five tackles and scrummed brilliantly. 8

Replacements: Mixed impact from the bench as the front-rower struggled slightly in the scrum. Romain Taofifénua carried well in his cameo, whilst Melvyn Jaminet grabbed a try assist late on. 7
