Samoa have made a handful of changes to their starting line-up that will tackle Italy in an international match at Apia Park on Saturday.

George Pisi, Kahn Fotuali'i, Ofisa Treviranus, Daniel Leo, Faatiga Lemalu, James Johnston and Ti'i Paulo have all earned calls for the game.

Pisi will join Alapati Leiua in their midfield while Fotuali'i is alongside Tusi Pisi in the half-backs, with Kane Thompson shifting from lock to eight.

Leicester prop Mulipola moves from tighthead to loosehead so there is a spot for Johnston and Clermont hooker Paulo in the starting line-up.
