England with MORE players than France in official Six Nations Team of the Championship

England have more players named in the official Six Nations Team of the Championship than title-winners France, following a public vote.
Steve Borthwick’s side have five men included in the official team, while Fabien Galthie’s men are represented by just four players.
Elsewhere, Scotland and Ireland have two each, while Italy and Wales have only one player apiece.
England and France dominate official Six Nations Team of the Championship
Starting in the backs, Blair Kinghorn has been named at fullback, with Tommy Freeman and Louis Bielle-Biarrey named on the wings.
In midfield, Huw Jones is named in the 13 shirt, alongside Italian ace Tommaso Menoncello who slots in at 12. Fin Smith has bested the likes of Sam Prendergast at fly-half and France skipper Antoine Dupont has been named at scrum-half.
Up front, Gregory Aldritt is at number eight, with Wales captain Jac Morgan and England’s Tom Curry on the flanks – beating out the likes of Ben Earl, Ben Curry and Francois Cros into the side.

Breakthrough star Mickael Guillard – who missed out on the inaugural Rising Star award to the aforementioned Prendergast – and England captain Maro Itoje are named in the second-row, with Will Stuart, Dan Sheehan and Andrew Porter completing the team.
Over 15,000 fans voted on the official Team of the Championship, which made fans choose the top players per position.
These votes, in turn, also helped form the four-man Six Nations Player of the Championship shortlist of Kinghorn, Freeman, Bielle-Biarrey and Menoncello. The polls are also once again open to decide who will win the award.
