Eight-week ban for Andreu

Racing 92 wing Marc Andreu has been suspended after being found guilty of stepping on the face of Toulon's Virgile Bruni.

The incident took place during last Sunday's Champions Cup quarter-final win for Andreu's side at the Stade Yves du Manoir.

Andreu, capped seven times by France, has been banned for eight weeks.

As a result the 30-year-old will miss Racing's semi-final against Leicester Tigers on April 24 and also the rest of the regular Top 14 season.

Bruni was forced to undergo eye surgery to repair the damage from Andreu's boot, which included repairing his severed tear duct.
