British and Irish Lions 2025 tour tickets update as warning issued over resale
The British and Irish Lions will take on Australia in the 2025 tour and tickets will be in high demand.
The Lions kit has already been revealed by Canterbury and a Heritage collection is also available for fans who are travelling to support the Lions.
Tickets for the event will cover games in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra in warm-up matches before the three-Test series begins against the Wallabies in Sydney on July 19. The tour then heads to Melbourne on July 26 followed by the third Test in Sydney on August 2.
Tour prices
Official sellers for tours from the UK to Australia include SportsBreaks.com, Gulliver’s Sport Travel and Rugby Travel Ireland. According to the official Lions tour website the three-Test tour package is sold out, while a tour that includes two warm-up games is priced from around £4,995. The full package with all tour games is priced from £23,495.
Tickets for individual matches are on sale at Ticketek. However, tickets are only available for those in Australia and anybody in the UK will need to instead book one of the travel packages.
The Lions will play a pre-tour game against Argentina in Dublin before setting off to Australia. They will face the Pumas on Friday, June 20 and tickets are on sale for Lions Club members on pre sale. General sale tickets will be available at a later date.
The British and Irish Lions have issued a warning about unofficial resellers, who may have hiked prices up and could be selling tickets that are not eligible at the gate. It says: “All websites listed below are unauthorised sellers and should not be used to purchase ticket inclusive travel packages for a Lions Tour under any circumstances.”
