Legendary Springbok scrum-half Fourie du Preez has brought the curtain down on his applaudable rugby career.
The 33-year-old, who joined Top League side Suntory Goliath in 2011, finished his stint with the three-time champions in a 78-14 demolition of Shokki Shuttles on Saturday.
Although, Du Preez has not officially accounced his retirement, but is not contracted to any teams.
Du Preez earned 74 caps for South Africa since his debut in 2004 and was part of the Springboks' 2007 World Cup-winning team. The unwavering Bulls scrum-half made 112 Super Rugby appearances for the Pretoria-based franchise before his departure to Japan.
